How do I join the Surya Rewards Program?

The Surya Rewards program is open to all Surya customers in the United States with a Retail or Design account. It’s fast, easy and free to join the program. All you have to do is take a moment to enroll here.

What do I need to do to earn Miles/Points?

Once you’ve selected the currency that you’d like to earn (which is done when you 'Join’ the program), all you have to do is make qualifying purchases with Surya. See our Reward Level Qualification and Program Benefits chart here.

What's the difference between Surya Rewards and Surya Points?

When you join the Surya Rewards Program you are registering with Surya to earn Miles/Points in a chosen reward program (i.e. Surya Points, American Airlines AAdvantage, Gift Card Points).

Surya Points is Surya’s in-house currency – if you select this program as your chosen reward currency, you will earn Surya Points and will be able to redeem the Points earned for a variety of items, including samples, displays, Pantone books, product vouchers and more. How do I keep track of my Miles/Points?

You can see the Miles/Points you’ve received through your participation in the Surya Rewards program by logging into your Surya Rewards account. If you have opted to earn Surya Points, you can see your current account balance here too. But to find your current Miles/Points balance for any other reward currency you’ve chosen, you will have to visit the respective program website (e.g. American Airlines AAdvantage, Gift Card Points, etc.)

For Surya Points Program Members, to view your Surya Points balance you simply sign into your account here and click on 'Account History' (underneath 'Account').

How many Miles/Points do I need to redeem?

It depends on the program you are earning Miles/Points in. Each program has different redemption levels. Please visit the respective program website to find out how to redeem.

What are Bonus Events?

We will promote Bonus Events periodically to help you accelerate your Miles/Points balance. During these events, you will be provided with a special Bonus Code. To earn the bonus Miles/Points, you must place a separate order that includes only the items eligible for that Bonus Event and you must include the Bonus Code on the order.

How do I take advantage of the Surya Bonus Items available at my Reward Level?

  • Additional Discount on Clearance Items – Please note your Reward Level on your clearance order for the discount to be applied.
  • Additional Discount on all Craft by Size program custom rug orders – Please select your Reward Level on the custom rug order form for the discount to be applied.
  • Free 5’ x 8’ Tufted Rug – Please e-mail rewards@suryarewards.com for further instructions.
  • An entry to win 2 round-trip air tickets with 3-night stay to a special destination - You will automatically be entered into the giveaway. The winner will be selected at random and announced during the Spring High Point Market.

I have enrolled in the program but I can’t see any Miles/Points in my account balance. Why?

Miles/Points are earned on paid invoices only. They accumulate from the first $1 spent with your initial payout occurring once you reach $5,000 in qualifying purchases; thereafter rewards earned are paid out each month.

If I switch to a different Reward currency, will the Miles/Points I have earned under my previous currency transfer to my new currency?

No.  The Miles/Points you earned under one currency cannot be transferred to another currency.  Your Miles/Points will remain under the original currency until you decide to redeem them. If you decide to switch currencies, you will begin to accrue Miles/Points under the new currency starting with your next purchase.

If you switch currencies and need to redeem the Miles/Points you earned while under a previous currency, you will need to temporarily switch back to that previous currency to do so. Remember to switch back to your new currency after redeeming Miles/Points from your previous currency or else you will begin accruing Miles/Points under the previous currency.
